After having 2 companies fail to return my calls and one advertise in my area only to tell me they don’t service my area, I called this company to provide a bid for AC at my residence. There was no need to look further. The price was below the market average and the start date for installation was much sooner than expected.
From the bus to the actual job things could not have been better. The team is professional, courteous. Their knowledge got them through the installation where the competition would have struggled. If you as like a lot of us who considered AC after last summer don’t waste your time with other companies who treat their customers as just another voice or email.

We were in need of a furnace to replace the one that was 30+ years old and only working intermittently. Rusty gave us a bid on Daikin furnace that was impossible to beat. Rusty was professional and gave us a few bids to consider based on our current situation. The installer, Jason (JJ), was very professional. He hauled the old furnace away and cleaned up the work area. The only recommendation I have is that JJ include a small vacuum with his tools to further clean up the drywall dust and sawdust. Looking at the big picture, that is a very minor thing since it didn’t take long for me to vacuum the dust up. All in all, we are happy to have the new furnace, especially now with the snow and temperatures in the teens.

Rusty and his awesome install team came to my rescue when no one else would. I tried to save a little cash and have my system installed by my electrician and it did not go well. He couldn’t get the system working and I was left with a $2500 machine that was unusable. I called about ten different HVAC companies to try and get some help but no one was even willing to look at it as they did not do the install. After I interviewed about six different Heating/Cooling (HVAC) companies to replace my 20+ year furnace and install a new AC, I was starting to get frustrated. There were a lot of pressure sales trying to get me to purchase different brand names, and equipment that I just didn’t have any use for.
