We were in need of a furnace to replace the one that was 30+ years old and only working intermittently. Rusty gave us a bid on Daikin furnace that was impossible to beat. Rusty was professional and gave us a few bids to consider based on our current situation. The installer, Jason (JJ), was very professional. He hauled the old furnace away and cleaned up the work area. The only recommendation I have is that JJ include a small vacuum with his tools to further clean up the drywall dust and sawdust. Looking at the big picture, that is a very minor thing since it didn’t take long for me to vacuum the dust up. All in all, we are happy to have the new furnace, especially now with the snow and temperatures in the teens.
